What is Artificial Intelligence (AI)?
Artificial Intelligence is embedded in our society and acquiring more and more space. The main objective of Artificial Intelligence is to be a technology capable of simulating human actions and thinking logically, being able to iteratively improve itself based on the information it collects through its learning system that analyzes large volumes of data, allowing it to constantly expand its knowledge. . Examples of solutions that companies use to exploit this technology are: chatbots which have the function of talking to people in a simplified and pre-programmed way to help the customer with simple routines of information updates, consultation and registration.
AI from the perspective of LGPD
Brazil has a bill 21/20 law to establish principles and guidelines for the development and use of Artificial Intelligence. One of the concerns is how data is used by Artificial Intelligence data respecting the requirements of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
LGPD can be a challenge for Artificial Intelligence as it works with the data processed by companies to be able to recognize patterns feeding their database. To detect these suspicious attacks, advanced tracking techniques and the best defensive strategies provided by Artificial Intelligence are used.

The use of Artificial Intelligence brings several challenges in the most varied segments. It is noticed that its use can bring several positive advances at the same time that can cause damage if used improperly or by bad intentions.
