Last Wednesday (09/16), partner Carlos Borella of [SAFEWAY] spoke to a select group of business leaders from the Litoral Paulista at an event organized by LIDE SANTOS.
The purpose of the event was to highlight the role of business leaders at this time of economic recovery in the face of the pandemic scenario COVID-19.
In this sense, [SAFEWAY] highlighted the role of Information Security in enabling new businesses, which were accelerated due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as in supporting companies' digital transformation processes.
Additionally, the entry into force of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) was presented, highlighting the importance of Information Security in the operationalization of controls implemented by companies in the process of regulatory compliance, which will impact all types of businesses and sizes companies.
